Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an Embedded Finance portfolio.
  • •Partner with Business, Strategy, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Client Success to align priorities to client needs and revenue opportunities.
  • •Translate market trends, customer insights, partner needs, and business goals into product plans, business cases, and execution priorities.
  • •Own portfolio planning, roadmap prioritization, and lifecycle management across short-term delivery and long-term investments.
  • •Lead product development across cross-functional agile teams and guide high-level requirements, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and outcomes; integrate third-party capabilities into the Embedded Finance ecosystem.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 131,200 - 164,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive product management experience with fintech, payments, banking, or financial services.
  • •4+ years leading product managers, cross-functional teams, or large-scale product initiatives.
  • •Proven experience defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps for complex digital, payments, banking, embedded finance, or platform-based products.
  • •Strong understanding of payments ecosystems, money movement, financial technology platforms, digital banking, APIs, and regulated financial environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Finance, or equivalent experience.
