Job Summary

Partner with senior leaders to create and drive strategic people initiatives for a global business portfolio. You’ll support People Experience (PX) OKRs and HR advisory work across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, organisational design, employee development, change management, remuneration, and employee relations. Lead complex employee issue management, coach stakeholders and PX advisors, analyze people trends and metrics, and contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and career development programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide coaching and generalist PX support to senior leaders across a global portfolio focused on people capability, leadership, and organisational design.
•Communicate people strategy and take credible positions on people-related issues with credibility and influence.
•Manage and resolve complex employee issues and provide HR advice across strategic alignment, legislative requirements, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, organisational design, development, change management, remuneration, HR systems, benefits, retention, and departures.
•Drive key people programmes such as succession planning, career development, performance management, and recruiting strategies; embed initiatives and iterate with PX centres of excellence.
•In collaboration with senior stakeholders, analyse people trends and metrics to develop and execute a strategic people plan, including workforce planning with Talent and Finance and support with OD-led professional development programmes.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in a fast-paced PX role covering a broad generalist spectrum of HR while partnering with senior leaders and leadership teams, ideally in a mid-large global SaaS company.
•Deep understanding of multiple HR disciplines including remuneration practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment legislation.
•Experience leading and managing significant change programmes.
•Senior stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence senior leaders and quickly develop credibility and trust.
•Experience working with and coaching senior stakeholders on complex people issues, including building or reinforcing a high performance culture.
