Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead large, complex environmental assessment and regulatory permitting programs from initiation through successful completion.
  • •Direct multidisciplinary project teams, aligning technical, regulatory, commercial, and client objectives.
  • •Develop and execute project governance, delivery, risk management, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • •Build trusted relationships with executive-level clients, regulators, Indigenous communities, and key stakeholders.
  • •Drive program financial performance through forecasting, revenue planning, margin optimization, and mentor Project Managers and emerging leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience leading large-scale environmental assessment, permitting, and regulatory compliance programs in Alberta and Western Canada.
  • •Deep knowledge of federal, provincial, and municipal regulatory frameworks, including emerging environmental and permitting requirements.
  • •Proven success delivering complex Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and regulatory approvals, plus integrated environmental planning assignments.
  • •Ability to synthesize multidisciplinary technical information and translate it into practical regulatory strategies and client solutions.
  • •PMP designation or advanced project/program management training is considered a strong asset.
