Converting Operator

Support the converting department to produce high-quality packaging by following safety procedures, running quality checks, and meeting customer specifications. You’ll visually inspect materials, use the AIMS quality dashboard and SOC deviation process, complete required paperwork, and assist with set-ups and basic troubleshooting. This role includes hands-on training and cross-training, with the opportunity to grow into a Machine Operator position.
