Job Summary

Own NetSuite ERP initiatives that support finance operations, from design and implementation through ongoing enhancements. Configure and integrate NetSuite modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reporting, and budgeting. Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, maintain and troubleshoot the platform, and drive process improvements. Create dashboards and KPIs in NetSuite, and lead user training and documentation for successful adoption.

•Act as the primary delivery lead for NetSuite ERP-related financial projects, including system design, implementation, and enhancements.
•Ensure NetSuite is configured to support General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, financial reporting, and budgeting.
•Oversee technical configuration, integration, customization, and automation of the NetSuite platform.
•Lead process improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing scalable solutions for efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and operations.
•Develop and oversee financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs in NetSuite, and lead user training and documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 200,000 annually

•Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage stakeholder expectations.
