Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve quality in test processes using data-driven and AI-assisted analysis.
  • •Resolve process/product deviations (excursions, RMAs) quickly using analytical and AI-powered problem-solving approaches.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in test operations through process characterization, optimization, control implementation, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • •Support test process changes, including new process/equipment qualification and new product integration for high-volume production.
  • •Lead and participate in improvement projects using innovative, digital, and AI-driven solutions, while ensuring QMS compliance and ISO/IATF 16949 requirements where applicable.
