Job Summary

Lead pre-sales and delivery support for converged AV/IT networking solutions across the Middle East and Africa. Partner with Sales, system integrators, consultants, and channel partners to design architectures, run product demos and proof-of-concepts, and provide technical leadership across switching, Wi‑Fi, multicast/AV-over-IP, and Zero Trust security. Support cloud-managed networking and enable partner ecosystems through training, while representing the company at regional industry events.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver pre-sales technical consultation, solution design, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts with Sales, consultants, and channel partners.
•Design and architect converged AV/IT network solutions for enterprise, hospitality, government, education, and large venue environments.
•Provide technical leadership across Ethernet switching, Wi‑Fi, multicast networking, and AV-over-IP deployments.
•Design secure and scalable networks using segmentation, Zero Trust principles, and role-based access for mixed AV/IT environments.
•Support cloud-managed networking solutions and act as the technical bridge through project delivery and post-sales transition.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•5–8+ years of experience in systems engineering, network engineering, Pro AV engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
•Proven experience working with system integrators, consultants, and enterprise customers in the MEA region.
•Strong troubleshooting skills across wired, wireless, and IP-based media networks.
•Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including IT and AV professionals.
•Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
