Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver pre-sales technical consultation, solution design, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts with Sales, consultants, and channel partners.
  • •Design and architect converged AV/IT network solutions for enterprise, hospitality, government, education, and large venue environments.
  • •Provide technical leadership across Ethernet switching, Wi‑Fi, multicast networking, and AV-over-IP deployments.
  • •Design secure and scalable networks using segmentation, Zero Trust principles, and role-based access for mixed AV/IT environments.
  • •Support cloud-managed networking solutions and act as the technical bridge through project delivery and post-sales transition.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •5–8+ years of experience in systems engineering, network engineering, Pro AV engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • •Proven experience working with system integrators, consultants, and enterprise customers in the MEA region.
  • •Strong troubleshooting skills across wired, wireless, and IP-based media networks.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including IT and AV professionals.
  • •Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
