Job Summary

Provide remote virtual meeting and webcast support, serving as the initial point of contact for customers and Ops Teams. Own scheduling and platform provisioning, respond to phone/email/ticket inquiries, and monitor/troubleshoot live virtual meetings across conferencing platforms. Conduct meet-and-greet checks, manage end-to-end meeting capabilities (links, permissions, Q&A, breakout sessions), accurately record details in shared systems, and collaborate with Helpdesk for issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary point of contact for customers and/or Ops Teams, answering phones and responding to email/chat/ticket queues.
•Proactively monitor mailboxes and handle inbound scheduling and service requests in real time, professionally, and within SLAs.
•Provision and book customer events by creating virtual platform links/invites and modifying meeting capabilities based on requirements.
•Provide end-to-end technical meeting support (content sharing, attendee/presenter management, polling, Q&A, breakout sessions) and troubleshoot issues during live events.
•Record conference details in shared databases (including Service NOW and SharePoint) and liaise with Helpdesk teams for tickets and troubleshooting.

Travel: Low travel
