Job Summary

Support safe, efficient, and professional daily diving operations across GALAXEA dive centres in The Red Sea and AMAALA destinations. Coordinate dive schedules and guest logistics, prepare vessels and equipment, lead certified divers on guided dives aligned with PADI standards, and run guest briefings and debriefings. Maintain dive logs and documentation, uphold health, safety, environmental and company requirements, and assist with emergency response and incident reporting as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the daily operation of the dive centre to ensure safe, efficient, and professional diving activities.
•Plan, prepare, and coordinate daily dive schedules and guest logistics, ensuring operational readiness.
•Prepare dive vessels, equipment, cylinders, classrooms, and guest facilities for departure.
•Lead certified divers on guided dives in accordance with PADI standards and destination requirements, including dive briefings and debriefings.
•Maintain dive logs, guest records, and equipment maintenance documentation, and support safety, environmental, and emergency response requirements.

Key Requirements

•Current and valid PADI Divemaster certification.
•Minimum 200 logged dives.
•Experience working in a commercial dive centre, resort, liveaboard, or similar diving operation.
•Current First Aid, CPR, AED, and Emergency Oxygen Provider certifications.
•Valid Fit to Dive Medical Certificate.
