Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor for clients in the Key Private Client Program, delivering plan-based financial advice and referring the right investment and insurance solutions. Build and manage a client referral pipeline through disciplined prospecting and relationship development across internal and external centers of influence. Open consumer and business accounts, support branch operations, and ensure compliant documentation while meeting individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide client financial wellness recommendations by assessing client needs, gathering and documenting client data, and delivering/referring investment and insurance solutions.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by prospecting, developing centers of influence, and documenting calling efforts.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to support meaningful client conversations.
•Open personal and business accounts and assist with teller transactions as needed in support of branch operations.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
•Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and influence business partners using centers of influence.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
