Job Summary

Lead and shape the people agenda across Sonova’s Nordics operations from Copenhagen, driving HR strategy in partnership with local management teams. Establish and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and programs aligned to Sonova Group standards, while overseeing talent acquisition and onboarding, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, and HR reporting. Serve as the local ESG champion and primary HR point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide modern HR leadership aligned with Sonova Group policies, standards, and local legislation, including establishing local HR policies where needed.
•Lead talent acquisition and onboarding, including workforce planning support, recruitment strategy, selection processes, contract preparation, and new employee onboarding.
•Own compensation, benefits, and payroll processes, including salary benchmarking, bonus and benefits maintenance, pension and health insurance management, and payroll compliance.
•Drive learning and development and performance management, including identifying learning needs, organizing development programs, and overseeing employee appraisal processes.
•Manage HR administration and reporting, including HR KPIs, engagement survey action planning, exit interviews, HR budgeting, and documentation; act as local ESG champion.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
•7+ years of leadership experience in Human Resources, preferably in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles.
•Strong understanding of local Danish and broader Scandinavian employment legislation, payroll practices, and HR compliance requirements.
•Experience using HR information systems and local payroll systems.
•Native or bilingual proficiency in Danish, with fluency in English (Swedish is an advantage).
