Engineering Specialist (SA)

Lead cost estimating for capital construction projects within the PMO’s Estimating Services organization. Prepare and validate conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design estimates using historical data, vendor quotations, and engineering inputs; perform material take-offs and spot checks; and build estimate packages with required documentation. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to interpret scope and deliverables, identify specialty items, manage pricing validation, support gate reviews, and generate cost reports for budget performance and forecasting in line with Saudi Aramco WBS standards.
