Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic and continuous improvement initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • •Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational risk.
  • •Facilitate process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder workshops.
  • •Analyse operational data to develop insights that support decision-making.
  • •Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits realisation while partnering with HR, Technology, Risk, and business stakeholders to drive change and adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Operations / Shared Services, Consulting, Project Management, or Continuous Improvement.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • •Preferred: Experience with Workday or ServiceNow and Power BI (or similar platforms).
