Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with hiring managers to provide practical, tailored recruitment advice.
  • •Develop engaging job advertisements and talent attraction strategies aligned with the Minor Hotels brand.
  • •Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and shortlisting through to offer and onboarding.
  • •Source candidates through channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • •Conduct interviews, reference checks, and assessments, maintain recruitment data in the ATS, and support recruitment initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in agency or internal recruitment with a track record of delivering quality outcomes.

  • •Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to build trust with stakeholders.
