Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform automotive lubrication services, including oil changes and topping off fluids.
  • •Check customer vehicles (battery, lights, tires) and refer needed repairs and preventive maintenance to the Service Advisor.
  • •Operate and maintain lubrication equipment and ensure lifts and equipment are in proper working order.
  • •Receive repair orders from Service Salesman or Production Foreman and proceed to service the vehicle on the lift.
  • •Follow safety policies, use appropriate materials and supplies, and keep the customer’s car clean.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ months’ experience as a technician’s helper, apprentice technician, or lube technician in an automotive dealership or service shop.
  • •Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance procedures (oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, fluid checks).
  • •Experience using automotive tools and equipment, including wrenches, oil filter wrenches, and socket sets.
  • •Own a basic set of tools (hand tools, wrenches, sockets).
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and must be authorized to work in the USA.
