Key Responsibilities

  • •Support tracking and coordination of small to medium-sized facilities/construction projects and consolidate project updates from APAC and US sites.
  • •Develop and maintain reports/dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and other Microsoft tools, including automation/reporting support.
  • •Support Safety Walk activities: scheduling, attendance tracking, and following up to close findings.
  • •Assist with managing project and engineering documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness of records and drawings.
  • •For electrical or mechanical tracks: assist senior engineers with analytical/testing tasks to improve electrical/mechanical system reliability and maintain parts catalogs and operational manuals.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrollment in the 3rd or 4th year of an undergraduate program in Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation and Control Engineering.
  • •Fluency in English for written and verbal communication.
  • •Availability for a minimum of 6 months internship, preferably up to 1 year.
  • •Experience with Power BI and Microsoft tools (Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Lists, SharePoint).
  • •For Electrical Intern: knowledge of low voltage and medium voltage systems, UPS, and genset (added advantage).
