Job Summary

Partner with strategic AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) customers to drive adoption and maximize value from Autodesk solutions. Provide technical guidance, consulting, and adoption services that improve workflows, increase collaboration, and deliver successful outcomes across the project lifecycle. Work within the Technical Adoption team in Customer Success as a trusted advisor, supporting customers and internal stakeholders while managing multiple customer projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with strategic AEC customers to maximize the value of Autodesk solutions and achieve business goals through adoption services.
•Provide technical guidance and consulting to improve customer workflows and collaboration across the project lifecycle.
•Help customers drive successful outcomes by accelerating adoption and realizing the full potential of Autodesk products and platforms.
•Serve as a trusted advisor working closely with customers and internal stakeholders within the Technical Adoption group.
•Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities effectively.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
•Experience with AEC construction project workflows across the project lifecycle.
•Expert knowledge of Autodesk Forma Build and Forma Data Management.
•Knowledge of the German construction industry with networks to build customer relationships.
•Fluency in English and German; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
