Job Summary

Support branch paying and receiving activities by accurately processing deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan or credit card payments. Balance and reconcile cash drawers daily, prepare settlement and cash transaction reports, and handle deposits and ATM/coin machine servicing. Provide safe deposit box service and deliver warm, high-quality customer interactions, while referring customers to appropriate staff as needed. Work under close supervision with limited decision-making authority.

Key Responsibilities

•Process deposit and withdrawal transactions, cash checks, sell cashier’s checks, redeem EE savings bonds, and issue approved cash advances.
•Transfer funds between accounts and accept utility, loan, and credit card payments within approved authority.
•Balance and reconcile cash drawers daily; prepare daily settlement and proof of cash transaction documentation.
•Prepare and review reports including Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and Bank Secrecy Reports; process deposits (night, mail, ATM, courier).
•Provide safe deposit box service; maintain cash levels, service ATM/coin machines as needed, and support compliance and risk management.
