Key Responsibilities

  • •Process deposit and withdrawal transactions, cash checks, sell cashier’s checks, redeem EE savings bonds, and issue approved cash advances.
  • •Transfer funds between accounts and accept utility, loan, and credit card payments within approved authority.
  • •Balance and reconcile cash drawers daily; prepare daily settlement and proof of cash transaction documentation.
  • •Prepare and review reports including Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and Bank Secrecy Reports; process deposits (night, mail, ATM, courier).
  • •Provide safe deposit box service; maintain cash levels, service ATM/coin machines as needed, and support compliance and risk management.
