Lead cross-functional delivery of the Isoflex 360 launch plan in Spain, combining project management with technical coordination and go-to-market execution. Structure and track launch plans, analyze market data to support decisions, and coordinate technical activities spanning development, registrations, and new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate, monitor, and optimize the Isoflex 360 launch plan and related project management activities.
•Lead cross-functional coordination between Marketing, Sales, and external stakeholders for product launches.
•Support implementation and follow-up of customer trial plans with technical, marketing, and sales teams.
•Develop and adapt communication and promotional tools aligned with Spanish and European strategies.
•Coordinate technical activities in Spain, supporting development plans, registrations, and new product introductions.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, or related field, ideally with specialization in Marketing or Project Management.
•5+ years of experience in technical, marketing, or project management roles within the plant protection sector.
•Strong knowledge of the Spanish agricultural market, plant protection industry, and distribution channels.
•Solid project management skills, including planning, coordination, and use of structured methodologies.
•Fluent English (written and spoken) with ability to work effectively in international environments.
