Job Summary

Entry-level Inside Sales Engineer based in Boulder, CO. You will combine engineering knowledge of flow instrumentation with sales skills to size, select, and recommend Coriolis, Ultrasonic, Density/Viscosity, Magnetic and/or Vortex instruments, support customers and field teams, drive quote-to-order cycles, and help grow Emerson’s Flow Solutions Group through cross-functional collaboration.

•Work with customers, field sales, and field service partners to support and achieve account goals and strategies
•Lead customers through sizing and selection processes to choose the appropriate technology and product
•Drive quote-to-order cycles with follow-ups and technical review of purchase orders
•Build rapport with customers to understand account and application needs and develop strong supplier relationships
•Participate in customer visits to grow customer relationships and support sales efforts

Travel: Low travel

•Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
•Strong analytical mindset and ability to work cross-functionally in a global org
•Ability to travel up to 10% within North America for customer site visits
•Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
