Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and manage the current workload and pipeline for project controls across major projects and opportunities in property and buildings.
  • •Define the scope and best practice for managing project controls and schedule management, including the most effective way to deliver these services.
  • •Support management of project controllers in the UK and global capability centres.
  • •Provide project controls on major projects and programmes and contribute to standardising approaches across major projects.
  • •Collaborate with WSP disciplines, sub-consultants and project partners on projects and digital solutions for project management.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in an architectural, engineering or project management discipline.
  • •Membership of a Professional Institution and being a Charter Project Manager with the APM (or equivalent) or working towards it.
  • •Experience in project controls and project management for complex multidisciplinary projects.
  • •Practical knowledge of NEC forms of contract and ability to apply them collaboratively and positively.
  • •Must be eligible for SC clearance prior to commencing employment.
