Drive standardization, commissioning, and on-site integration of HVAC, electrical, and monitoring infrastructure; oversee contractors; configure protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA, MQTT); mentor engineers and ensure reliable handover from design to operations.

Job Function: Industrial, Process & Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the field deployment, integration, and startup of automation solutions for BMS/EPMS systems, ensuring seamless integration with electrical and cooling infrastructure.
•Enforce system standards, deployment frameworks, and rollout patterns for controls, BMS, and EPMS across multiple projects/sites.
•Deploy and configure dashboards, HMIs, and operator workstations to provide clear visibility and control over complex building and power systems.
•Oversee system integrators during deployments and checkouts, acting as controls escalation point for troubleshooting complex automation integration and network issues.
•Collaborate with design engineers, contractors, and OEM partners to configure and troubleshoot networks using BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA, and MQTT protocols.
•Conduct system testing, FAT/SAT, and validation to ensure functionality and data accuracy prior to handover.
•Ensure real-time and historical data is captured for performance insight and turnover of systems.
•Mentor and train other controls engineers on operation, troubleshooting, and deployment methodologies.
