Own and maximize product value within an Agile delivery model by translating customer and stakeholder needs into clear user stories and backlog priorities. Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps/business cases, define success metrics, and ensure quality standards. Act as a primary liaison during demos and retrospectives, communicate progress, and support continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and responsive feedback.

•Partner with Product Managers to develop business cases and product roadmaps reflecting investment and benefits.
•Capture and translate requirements into user stories, ensuring alignment with product strategy, quality/design, and regulatory compliance.
•Define, track, and communicate product metrics to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
•Champion products and features through demos/retrospectives and serve as primary liaison for stakeholder communication.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
•For Senior Product Owner: 5+ years of project/process improvement experience and 2+ years of full-time Product Owner (or similar Agile team) experience.
•For Lead Product Owner: 7+ years of project/process improvement experience and 4+ years of full-time Product Owner experience.
•SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), CSPO, PSPO, or other leading Product Owner certification within 12 months.
•Experience connecting with customers/stakeholders and translating needs into well-formed user stories aligned to product strategy and regulatory requirements.
