Manage account relationships and customer communications for institutional vehicle accounts, ensuring requirements are met while coordinating vehicle recon, transportation, and charges in the system. Maintain electronic customer vehicle files, enter floor price and sale run process details, and reconcile bills to support invoicing and accounts receivable. Respond to vehicle inquiries, coordinate with transportation, vehicle operations, and accounting teams, and prepare sales and expense reporting while following safety procedures.
