Performance Marketing Lead (E-commerce)

Own ecommerce growth strategy across paid media, conversion rate optimization, and performance reporting for a fast-growing skincare brand. You’ll optimize Meta advertising campaigns, improve Shopify landing pages and funnels with A/B testing, and build dashboards tracking ROAS, CVR, AOV, and revenue growth. You’ll collaborate with agencies and vendors, maintain Klaviyo automation flows, and use analytics to drive measurable, month-over-month improvements—fully remote and aligned to U.S. business hours.
