•8–12+ years of ServiceNow experience, including expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture.
•Strong understanding of the CSDM framework and experience architecting CMDB design and governance.
•Hands-on proficiency in workflow automation and integrating ServiceNow capabilities.
•Experience with ServiceNow AI and NowAssist, including predictive intelligence and virtual agents.
•Hands-on experience with Integration Hub and APIs, plus JavaScript development and ITOM discovery/automation.
