Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Credit & Accounts Receivable by gathering, organizing, and maintaining documentation for new and existing customer accounts and following up to resolve discrepancies.
  • •Support audits as part of Credit & Accounts Receivable documentation and processes.
  • •Provide resourcing support to Accounts Payable by carrying out invoice processing, issuing payments, and performing reconciliation as needed.
  • •Assist Finance Transformation with process mapping and creation of SOPs and quick reference job aids.
  • •Contribute to transformation projects including an AI-implementation knowledge base for an Accounts Payable Helpdesk Chatbot and paperless/digital vendor payment conversions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 20.19 - 31.73 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • •Working towards an Accounting designation (CPA), an asset.
  • •Strong computer skills and solid experience with Microsoft 365; Power Apps and Power BI experience is an asset.
  • •Well organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • •Strong written and oral communication skills, customer service mindset, and ability to handle multiple time-sensitive tasks.
