Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain advanced package demand and starts forecasts for short-term execution and long-term capacity planning.
  • •Build and manage planning models incorporating wafer constraints and perform multi-scenario planning using multiple demand signals.
  • •Evaluate impacts of demand volatility, yield changes, and capacity constraints on supply plans, ensuring planning accuracy.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Factory Planning, Supply Planning, Wafer, Wafer Sort, Engineering, Manufacturing Strategy) to align assumptions and allocation plans.
  • •Drive simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities in planning workflows, supporting AI-enabled/agentic process improvement initiatives and adoption of digital tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 1,247,820 - 1,782,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing environments.
  • •Advance package planning experience is preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related field.
  • •Strong analytical skills and ability to process large datasets with attention to detail.
  • •Freight knowledge including incoterms, shipment process, shipment cost components, and service levels is required.
