Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement infrastructure solutions across all phases: planning, design, build and testing.
  • •Design and lead migrations to Microsoft 365 in varying business contexts (optimization, carve-in / carve-out) in a secure, efficient, collaboration-focused way.
  • •Leverage technical expertise and a consultative approach to resolve client challenges with pragmatic, scalable solutions.
  • •Mentor and guide onshore/offshore teams and contribute to internal skills development.
  • •Share knowledge through experience feedback, articles, and internal training sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in designing M365 architectures and/or migration strategies
  • •Expertise in Microsoft 365 components (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, etc.), Entra ID and Active Directory technologies
  • •Experience in technical project leadership and resource management
  • •Ability to work in a bilingual (English/French) international context, both written and oral
  • •Strong client-facing and consultative skills with a pragmatic, scalable problem-solving approach
