Own end-to-end AI/ML systems for a strategic AI Factory platform that builds Skills and Agents to augment human capabilities and accelerate enterprise workflows. Design and evolve ML pipelines (ingestion through monitoring), translate research prototypes into production-quality code, and evaluate models using advanced metrics. Collaborate with software, data, and SRE/DevOps to integrate ML services, instrument for reliability, troubleshoot incidents, and mentor engineers while improving ML lifecycle quality.

•Design, build, and evolve ML pipelines covering ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
•Design and build an MCP server and Skills/Agents to enable Red Hatters to do business efficiently.
•Translate research prototypes into production-quality, robust, scalable, maintainable code.
•Select algorithms and modeling techniques, perform hyperparameter tuning, and run comparative experimentation.
•Integrate ML services with broader systems, instrument for monitoring/alerting, and troubleshoot production incidents and performance/data drift issues.
