Key Responsibilities

  • •Support senior staff in exposure management by managing accounts, undertaking credit analysis, processing waivers/variations, and maintaining credit surveillance.
  • •Prepare and manage credit applications and data input for systems (e.g., GBR, EIC, PF Grading), and train/supervise junior staff in these tasks.
  • •Coordinate with relevant internal EMEA departments required for marketing and execution across syndications and other business areas.
  • •Perform financial modelling and analysis for transactions/counterparties and ad hoc projects as needed.
  • •Represent SMBC externally in meetings related to the EMG portfolio, including handling workouts/restructuring and reporting portfolio trends/opportunities.
