Employee Relations Consultant - People Matters

Join Aon's People Organisation as an Employee Relations (People Matters Consultant) on a 12-month fixed-term basis. Provide commercially focused ER advice, support organisational change and restructures across EMEA and the Americas, and UK-wide Employee Relations experience across all solution lines. Hybrid role based in London with quarterly travel to the London office and occasional travel to other Aon locations.
