Job Summary

Enable customers to realize measurable ROI by delivering and supporting OptimalPlus solutions in high-volume manufacturing environments. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts, leading issue resolution and escalation management while defining account priorities. Analyze production data (yield, quality, reliability, throughput) and translate findings into customer-ready insights, collaborating with Product Management, Business Development, Customer Success, and Account Management to drive value adoption and account growth.

•Develop customer solutions using OptimalPlus applications and AI or Python-based tools to deliver measurable ROI.
•Analyze production data to improve yield, quality, reliability, throughput, and operational efficiency, and communicate findings to customers.
•Maintain deep technical knowledge of OptimalPlus software to support customer needs and drive value adoption.
•Own issue resolution and serve as the primary technical contact for assigned customer accounts, including escalation management.
•Collaborate with Product Management, Business Development, Customer Success, and Account Management to support account expansion; provide on-site support and ROI reporting.
