Lead the development, deployment, and optimization of machine learning solutions across the organization. Own and scale ML engineering teams and platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical excellence. Drive scalable ML systems, establish MLOps practices with CI/CD pipelines and model monitoring standards, and partner closely with Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams. Own the ML engineering roadmap, architecture decisions, and vendor/tooling strategy, while mentoring teams.
