Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively hunt for and close security vulnerabilities across core product components, mapping real attacks with custom scripts/tools.
  • •Harden systems, services, and endpoints and establish strong security monitoring across the platform stack.
  • •Safeguard PHI by finding and closing paths where protected data could leak and monitoring deidentification practices.
  • •Use AI to scale vulnerability discovery while helping the org build safely as AI-related threats evolve.
  • •Raise the security bar by reviewing critical PRs, running security training, mentoring engineers, and partnering with SRE, engineering leadership, and corporate security; strengthen resilience and disaster recovery.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in software engineering and 4+ years focused on application security, vulnerability research, and penetration testing.
  • •Identify vulnerabilities using custom tooling you’ve built.
