•Manage service and software to the latest versions, resolving technical issues as needed.

•Support IT service activities by replying to stakeholder queries and documenting business processes and software requirements.
•Participate in code build and review, and perform requirement gathering, analysis, testing, and production support.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of hands-on experience.
•Experience with IBM FileNet and Captiva (OTX Captiva) and familiarity with HSBC in-house product like CCS.
•Strong technical knowledge of Java and Linux and awareness of ServiceNow.
•Experience with Control M, AppDynamics, Splunk, and troubleshooting.
•Ability to participate in requirement gathering, analysis, build, test, and production support.
