  • •Own people processes including hiring, onboarding, 1:1s, feedback, and growth plans for both squads.
  • •Translate stakeholder needs into roadmaps, prioritize by business impact, and maintain visibility into delivery and reliability metrics.
  • •Guide architecture and operational excellence across on-prem/cloud and network infrastructure, including change management, incident response, and SLA-driven vulnerability remediation.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in infrastructure, systems, or network engineering, including 1–3 years in people management or technical leadership.
  • •Experience managing or closely collaborating across both server/cloud and network functions.
  • •Working knowledge of on-prem and cloud server infrastructure (compute, storage, virtualization, and major cloud providers).
  • •Knowledge of enterprise networking (switching, routing, wireless, SD-WAN, firewalls).
  • •Comfort overseeing multi-vendor hardware environments; change governance and security fundamentals for vulnerability management.
