Participate in a structured six-week development program to become a Front-Line Manager within CarMax’s Service Operations department. Learn Service Operations roles, end-to-end production processes (including inventory management and cosmetic/mechanical repair), and apply leadership principles in real-world scenarios. Support store procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance, collaborate cross-functionally to meet production goals, model CarMax values, and manage the Environmental, Health and Safety program for your department and/or location.
