Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets.
  • •Manage safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, assess strengths/weaknesses, and implement steps to improve performance.
  • •Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management; communicate expectations, goals, and performance measures.
  • •Review and approve mechanical/physical defects of incoming inventory and train associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively first time.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent and must be at least 18 years of age
  • •Experience using computers and demonstrated functional expertise in one or more areas of the reconditioning process
  • •Demonstrated understanding of current reconditioning processes and lean principles
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years)
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for extended periods, and meet safety equipment and working-environment requirements
