Staff Product Data Scientist, Lending

Use agentic data science to build, measure, and improve credit products for Cash App Borrow, Afterpay, Square Loans, and next-generation lending. You’ll turn complex product, customer, and risk data into decision frameworks and durable measurement systems, define metrics, design experiments, and evaluate model/policy performance. Partner with product, engineering, and risk teams to connect insights to customer eligibility, repayment outcomes, and long-term impact while setting technical standards for the Data Science team.
