Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the program leader and primary link between cross-functional product development teams across Product, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality.
  • •Own end-to-end program plans across product, hardware development, and software development, including integrated charters, scopes, budgets, and schedules.
  • •Identify cross-team dependencies and critical-path risks early; build and maintain integrated risk registers with mitigation plans.
  • •Run program cadences (stand-ups, milestone reviews, leadership-level status updates) and coordinate tradeoffs/escalations with clear options.
  • •Track budget, scope, and resourcing against plan and coordinate with supply chain/procurement on hardware lead times affecting integration milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •PMP certification.
  • •5+ years of program management experience in a hardware-and-software product environment (robotics, autonomous systems, industrial hardware, or similar).
  • •Ability to manage schedules and dependencies across product management, mechanical/electrical, and software engineering teams.
  • •Strong command of program management tools and leadership reporting (e.g., Jira, Gantt chart).
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
