Key Responsibilities

  • •Enforce health and safety regulations, maintain safety records, and lead a safe work environment.
  • •Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations in Central departments and coordinate activities with production centers.
  • •Lead maintenance efforts including preventative maintenance strategies, routine repairs, and breakdowns.
  • •Motivate and lead engineers, maintenance technicians, and supervisors to foster Safety and Reliability Centered Maintenance.
  • •Develop and manage the maintenance budget, control costs, ensure critical spare parts availability, and plan and execute multiple plant outages while tracking KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline from an ABET-accredited program (relevant hands-on experience may be considered).
  • •8 to 10 years of experience in a relevant maintenance or industrial setting with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
  • •Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • •Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) software.
  • •Ability to pass pre-employment testing and willingness to learn and adapt to a new environment.
