Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end PLM/ERP implementation projects, including process mapping, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
  • •Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and manage integration requirements between PLM and ERP.
  • •Own data migration and reconciliation by completing UAT and resolving migration issues end to end.
  • •Serve as an SME for PLM and ERP, providing guidance, best practices, and troubleshooting support.
  • •Develop and maintain solution artifacts (functional design documents, process flow diagrams, test scripts) and support end-user training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience integrating PLM and ERP systems, including standing up and launching new systems.
  • •Deep working knowledge of part numbering, product data structures, and change control workflows.
  • •Hands-on administrative experience with Arena PLM or Oracle ERP.
  • •Strong data reconciliation and reporting skills, with clear stakeholder communication.
