Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full ownership of every new customer project and deliver a special, personalised experience.
  • •Build rapport with customers to understand needs and taste, then use interior design expertise to create and inspire home decor solutions.
  • •Follow trends and stay up to date with the latest design concepts and themes.
  • •Support the wider team to deliver an excellent shopping experience, including helping customers and performing general shop-keeping tasks.
  • •Use home design knowledge to coach other Partners to create a unique shopping experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 28,400 - 34,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Full UK driving licence (may not be required for some locations).
  • •Deep understanding and passion for the interior design industry.
  • •Great computer literacy skills.
  • •Ability to use IT systems to communicate with customers, process orders, and complete customer tracking (e.g. Excel, Word, email).
  • •Design-related qualification equivalent to a degree (desirable).
