Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and execution of a Security Investigations capability tailored to Anduril’s requirements.
  • •Manage investigations by gathering evidence, providing strategic guidance on investigative approaches, scope, and risk mitigation, and performing root cause analysis.
  • •Direct complex investigations into internal and external threats, ensuring evidence preservation, documentation, and case-file accuracy and auditability.
  • •Develop and implement investigative strategies, protocols, and internal standard operating procedures; maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • •Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with federal, state, and local law enforcement/regulatory agencies; prepare detailed reports and recommendations while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Security or Intelligence Studies, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • •8 years of relevant experience conducting or supporting security investigations, including leadership roles.
  • •Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and methodical approach to investigations.
  • •Ability to lead complex security investigations in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving threat environment.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance at an appropriate level (Top Secret/SCI may be required).
