Job Summary

Own the end-to-end value journey for Celonis customers, from landing and expanding to adoption and renewal. Translate customer objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value projects, build business cases and demos, and run value workshops for process enhancement. Partner with Sales and senior stakeholders to communicate a strategic value roadmap, and use hands-on SQL/Python skills to create (AI) prototypes that help position the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform within customers’ IT landscape and AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases and value assessments/proof-of-value projects.
•Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks, using SQL/Python to create (AI) prototypes for new audiences.
•Advise how Celonis fits into customers’ IT landscape and AI strategy, and facilitate business value workshops to identify and qualify process improvement opportunities.
•Derive improvement measures, initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives, and present realized value to senior management and C-level executives.
•Drive the end-to-end customer value journey (landing, expanding, adoption, renewing) by building expansion roadmaps and providing feedback to product development teams.
