  • •Direct and coordinate daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
  • •Execute production programs and ensure manufacturing orders are completed on time according to the established plan.
  • •Supervise and support plant personnel to maintain production flow continuity and resolve daily operational challenges.
  • •Ensure assigned teams follow established manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • •Monitor shift performance of personnel, production, and operational efficiency; enforce Quality and HSE requirements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of production processes, workflow management, and execution of production plans.
  • •Knowledge of Quality Systems, Lean Manufacturing, and HSE practices.
