Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for original documentation received into Transfer Agency, including recording receipt and scanning with adherence to data protection requirements.
  • •Coordinate investor mailings, including preparation and distribution.
  • •Comply with archiving or destruction of original documentation as required, ensuring GDPR requirements are met.
  • •Perform day-to-day processing work, quality checks, and assurance; manage and analyze workflow queues as required.
  • •Provide day-to-day oversight or point of escalation for India partners and support more junior team members, including checking and validating others’ work.

Key Requirements

  • •Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of application and for the duration of employment.
  • •Previous financial services experience is desirable.
  • •Knowledge of Transfer Agency incorporating Administration/Registration is an advantage.
  • •Understanding of KYC and AML.
  • •Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills with excellent attention to detail.
