Key Responsibilities

•Manage the monthly reporting process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
•Own monthly, quarterly, and annual actual financial closes, meeting deadlines and explaining variations.
•Deliver flash reporting for orders, sales, and backlog by industry segments (including KOB) and support cost center analysis (e.g., SGA, CGS).
•Prepare management reports with comprehensive variance analysis and support budgeting, mid-year reviews, and forecast processes.
•Perform Hyperion reporting and analysis for product group, business mix, and POR; create Power BI-based reporting and support ad-hoc requests.
