Lead ERP transformations with strategic influence, shaping customer finance and operations processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Cloud innovations, and AI. Manage strategic pursuit from early qualification to close, align stakeholders, develop compelling transformation scenarios, and deliver end-to-end ERP solutions with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, Power Platform, and Copilot.

Key Responsibilities

•Steer strategic sales opportunities with high visibility; own the Pursuit strategy and shape early opportunities from leadership discussions to complex proposal processes
•Design modern Dynamics 365 solutions that connect ERP transformation with Power Platform, AI, and cross-domain innovations
•Translate complex requirements into clear visions, compelling demos, and differentiated value propositions
•Collaborate across sales, solution design, and delivery at the leadership level to create credible project starts
•Contribute to the evolution of Avanade’s ERP offering through thought leadership and reusable assets

Key Requirements

•Expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain and end-to-end ERP processes in Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain
•Successfully guided complex, stakeholder-driven sales opportunities and developed value-adding solutions
•Ability to host Discovery workshops and communicate with senior stakeholders in English (and local language as needed)
•Knowledge of Power Platform, integration patterns, and delivery aspects; translate deals into qualified, actionable plans
•Proactive, curious, team-oriented with ability to influence without formal authority and translate new D365 and Copilot features into customer value
